Whether your goal is general health and fitness or weight loss, our cardio gym is equipped with all you need to enjoy a full body cardio workout. Our comprehensive range of Pulse Fitness CV Equipment will have an in-built programme that will cater for all your needs, from fat burning to interval training. You can take your pick of treadmills, bikes, cross trainers, stepper or a Concept 2 Rowing Machine to tailor a workout that suits you.
The gym is ideally suited to people who prefer a more relaxed environment or those who find it difficult to access our main fitness hub at MASC.
Hall Hire
Large Hall/ Games Hall (Room 2)
This room can be used as a large hall or a games hall. It comes complete with a projector screen and is suitable for sports and dance clubs, youth activities, community consultations and public meetings. The digital projector is available to book.
Meeting room (Room 4)
This room, with sink and kettle facilities is ideal for meetings.
Meeting room with projector screen (Room 6)
Meeting room space with projector screen, sink and water heater. The digital projector is available to book.
