How to book

To book your place for any of our holiday camps, visit our dedicate Eventbrite page and fill in all of the information on the booking form for your chosen Camp.

Conditions of Enrolment

Age groups for the camps are based on the academic year 2023-2024 (primary 1 to primary 7 pupils during this current (2023/2024)school year).

Places on camps will be allocated in the order that applications are received. Spaces on camps are limited. Should you not get a place, your name will be added to a waiting list.

What to wear/bring:

Please bring suitable clothing and footwear for indoor and outdoor activities, a drink (water or still juice) and a packed lunch (for full day camps).

Cancellations Guidance

Any Active Schools or Sports Development cancellations must be given in writing a minimum of 7 days prior to the course commencement in order to receive a full refund. Refunds after this time will only be considered following written notification from the customer, notifying us of cancellation circumstances. All refunds will be subject to a £5.00 deduction for administration costs.
